  • How Fragrant Are Coconut & Apricot Waxes?

Our candles are specifically designed to provide maximum aroma.

Our premium waxes are blended with a precise amount of high-quality fragrance oil that, when lit, will fill a room with aroma.

  • What If A Wick Will Not Stay Lit?

A wick that is having trouble staying lit might be drowning in wax. Blow out all wicks and gently use a paper towel to soak up extra wax around the wick which will allow it to breathe.

  • How Long Should I Burn My Candle For?

The first burn is the most important and we recommend an initial 2-3 hour burn to ensure the wax melts to the edge of your candle vessel.

You should never burn your candle for over 4 hours.

  • How Do I Clean My Candle?

At the end of your candles' life or when there is approximately 1/2” of wax left in your vessel, gently scrape out any remaining wax with a spoon or tool.

We recommend rinsing the vessel in soapy warm water and drying with a soft towel.

  • Why Is My Flame So Tall?

We only use eco-friendly wooden wicks in our candles.

We recommend trimming these to about 1/4” before each light for optimal results.

You can use wick trimmers or another tool to easily break off the ashy bits from your wick before each burn.

  • What Can I Do With My Candle After It's Finished?

All of our candles are made using hand curated vintage vessels. Once the wax has burned off you can repurpose your vessel in a number of ways.

Clean & re-use as a decorative piece or use our Refill service & enjoy all over again!
